Custom Pet Portraits 🖌️
How many pets can I have in one portrait?
Each portrait can feature up to three pets.
Do you just do cats and dogs?
We can design a portrait for any animal, no matter the species or the breed. Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth.
Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Yes you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.
Can I change my order?
Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to hello@bubbacool.comm within 60 minutes hours of your order being placed.
After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
What makes a good photo?
- Photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
- Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal.
- Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

What is a digital download?
We offer a high quality digital file of your completed artwork as an add-on to any physical product. You will receive your file digitally once your order has shipped.
What are the dimensions of the canvas ?
Frame moulding size varies from 1"-1.5" depending on your portrait size.
We print on to four different sized canvas frames. Each frame is gallery-ready and high quality. All canvas frames have a gallery standard depth of 1.25" thickness.
The frame sizes are:
- 12 x 16 in (30 x 40 cm)
- 16 x 20in (40 x 50 cm)
- 24 x 32 in (60 x 80 cm)
- 28 x 40 in (70 x 100 cm)
Christmas Period 🎁
Will my order arrive for Christmas?
Our customers say our portraits make the most amazing Christmas gift—and we couldn’t agree more! 😉
Currently, we would advise ordering no later than December 10th for Christmas delivery.
Our Christmas cut-off dates will be announced in the near future.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t currently offer a gift-wrapping service, but don’t worry—all our products are securely sealed in opaque protective packaging to keep the surprise intact upon delivery!
Returns / Refunds 📋
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of these products we produce at Bubba Cool, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.
Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
However, if your order arrived damaged or the artwork isn't quite what you were expecting, please follow these steps:
Order arrived damaged? Upload a photo of the damage, and contact us and we will assist you with a replacement.
What if I don't like the artwork?
We're 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!
Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.
We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.
Shipping 📦
What are your shipping times and prices?
Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times.
- USA: Most orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
- Canada, Australia and Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- Rest of world: 10-15 working days
You’ll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.
*Please allow a longer delivery time during seasonal shopping periods.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+ USD.
- For orders under $100 in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
- For orders under $100 in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $15 flat rate shipping.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. Plus, all orders are shipping with tracking no matter which country they are shipping to.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.
Am I able to cancel my order after its been placed?
Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed.
To cancel an order, you must email hello@bubbacool.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion.
After 30 minutes, it is not possible to cancel your order.
