Here are some helpful tips for capturing the best photo of your pet! But don’t stress if it’s not perfect—our dedicated team reviews each order and photo to ensure top quality.

For the best results, aim for natural lighting to capture your pet's unique colors and features. This small step ensures that the final portrait authentically reflects the essence of your furry friend, preserving those special details that make them truly one of a kind.

If your photo doesn’t meet our guidelines, we’ll notify you within an hour and assist in selecting a better option!

• Close-up shots are ideal. Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features

• Capture your pet at eye level.

• Use natural daylight; avoid flash. Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)

• Keep your pet still to prevent blurring.

• Photo size should be at least 500px x 500px, and high resolution ( 1.5 Mb + )

• They don't need to be looking at the camera

• Make sure the photo is not blurry

• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo

• Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the design won't be either

To Ensure the quality of your product, please submit original photos, don't use screenshots - cropped out photos, etc.
