Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.


Shipping Times

Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times.

  • USA: Most orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Canada, Australia and Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Rest of world: 10-15 working days


You’ll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+.

  • For orders under $100 in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
  • For orders under $100 in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.


How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking number and we’ll email you your tracking number as soon as it’s available. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 14 Days, please email us. Usually, once you’ve got your Tracking number, your order will arrive within just a few days.

 Important to Note:

  • We currently do not deliver to PO boxes as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a different address that we can ship to.
  • Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
  • We offer skip the line artwork creation’. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier’s shipping time.
  • We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
  • We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provide a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
