Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it, we cannot offer returns.
At Bubba Cool, your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your final product, our dedicated team is here to ensure your complete satisfaction. Whether it's a wrong size or print, or any damages during transit, we will gladly replace it without question. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We understand that sometimes plans change, so if you've recently placed an order and had a change of heart, we offer a 30-minute window to cancel or modify it. After that, we'll do our best to accommodate your request at our discretion.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can, however, remove red eye, edit eye color, and other requests.
Please note that all examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish you see on site.

You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
