All accessories, including leashes, collars, and harnesses, will be removed from your portrait. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests at this time. If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, our team will contact you to help select a better option.

Photo Criteria: If your photo doesn’t meet our requirements, we’ll reach out to request a new one. Please note this may extend the timeline.

At Bubba Cool, we’re committed to making your custom pet portrait experience seamless and enjoyable. Here’s how the process works:

1. Artwork Creation & Approval
   Once we receive your photo, our team will create your custom artwork within 2-3 working days. You’ll receive a preview to review and approve.
2. Fast Printing
   As soon as we get your approval, we’ll start printing your masterpiece within 12–48 hours.

Important Notes to Keep in Mind:

Approval Timeline: You’ll have 3 days (72 hours) to approve your artwork. If we don’t hear back within that time:

• We’ll send a follow-up reminder after 2 working days.
• We’ll attempt to contact you using the phone number provided.
• If we still don’t receive a response, your artwork will be auto-approved, and we’ll proceed with printing to avoid further delays.
